I attended Clovis West High school and graduated in 2008. I also attended CART (Center for Advanced Research and Technology) for computer networking. I've also attended Clovis Community College and graduated from CSU Fresno State in 2020 with a BS in Industrial Technology.
I've been blessed to work with Clovis Community College as student worker for three years. As I transitioned from community college to CSU in my education, I was given the opportunity to become permanent part time with technology services department of Clovis Community College. I continue to work there since 2009.
I have been around Microsoft technologies all my life. I am familiar with working with Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, basic server and networking systems and becoming more familiar with Power Platform technologies. I currently create automations and power apps to support my college with overcoming small projects and help in interfacing with students and fulfilling their needs.
Created automated system to take in requests and deliver data to ticketing system and remind technology department of requests in teams calendars.
Created automated system to take in laptop requests from students as we transitioned into work from home during COVID. System used primarily by Library to ensure students were enrolled in classes and are able to fulfil their technology needs.
Developed system to assist in tracking and visualizing requests made to our PIO department. Transitioned from traditional emails and phone call intake into form and automated system.
Created similar system to Marketing / PIO system. Intake form for data requests and internal system to keep track of project status and provide data and relative information to requestors.
Request for make up tests for students and place for instructors to upload test(s) for these students. System keeps tracks of requests, appointments and is a test bank for students and instructors.
Created form intake for students who lack resources to purchase textbooks needed for school. System tracks status, award amounts and both external and internal communication to students. Automations in place to assist success coaches in delivering correspondence and ensuring awards are available from our bookstore.
Develop internal tool to track upcoming events and facility requests in system. Data will also relay information through email and calendar. Stake holders and resource individuals would be notified too.
Created forms for intaking internal staff requests for resources and new account creation (new email address) where data is relayed to internal ticketing system and email notifications are sent out to requestors for new and existing employees
